SERIES TITLE: The Bait of Satan

You will encounter offense, and it's up to you how it will affect your relationship with God. Your response will determine your future. If offense is handled correctly, you will become stronger rather than bitter.

MESSAGE TITLE: How Could This Happen To Me?

There were two main thoughts that came out of study of Joseph: (1) Although Joseph's brother's tried to steal God's plan for Joseph (When the brothers were plotting to kill Joseph they said, "then we'll see what comes of his dreams.), they failed. That's because nobody can take away what God wants to do in our lives (except ourselves). (2) If Joseph would have held an offense against his brothers and blamed them for all his troubles, two things would have happened: First, God would have never let Joseph out of prison and rise to power, because Joseph would have killed his brothers. Second, Joseph would have never been able to see the good that God wanted to do (Gen 45:5-And now, do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here, because it was to save lives that God sent me ahead of you.)
